Anyone heard of Microangelo?

I stumbled across this site while browsing Betamarker; their prime claim for their On Display software is the ability to switch out standard icons with other bitmap filetypes and switching them via rightclick menus. Just tossing it out there in the mix.

yep. quite a few here use it instead of, or with icondeveloper, iconpackager, aveiconifier

but it costs too much for mee
